Lady Gaga, heir apparent to pop star Madonna, ranks as one of the most successful singers in recent years; however, is she an original? Those who worked with Lina Morgana and Lady Gaga describe Morgana as the greater talent.

Initially, record producer Rob Fusari brought Lina Morgana and Lady Gaga (aka Stefani Germanotta) together as collaborators. They worked on over a dozen songs with Gaga singing backup. Contrary to popular belief, it was Ms. Morgana, not Gaga who was being groomed as the star. Stefani Germanotta was a far cry from the singer she is today: overweight, awkward and unknown. Somewhere along the line, roles were reversed. Stefani (Gaga) adopted Lina’s gothic style. Lina Morgana’s career had just begun, then apparently had been stolen by her friend/collaborator. On October 4, Lina Morgana would supposedly commit suicide by jumping off the roof of the Staten Island Hotel…or was it murder? Police reports were rewritten in such a way as to make Lina seem crazy or irrational. “Behaving oddly, last seen dancing or exercising on the roof.” The usual suspects state that she was “depressed” and had a recent argument with her boyfriend. Foul play was originally suggested, but when those on top of the pyramid don’t want something investigated, it becomes a closed case. Q. What happened to Lina Morgana’s cell phone since gone missing? Q. Who erased material she uploaded on her Myspace page? Q. Why were car keys found belonging to a Ford with Illinois plates? Q. How did Lina get onto the roof without setting off the hotel’s alarm?

Questions…Was the “Lady Gaga” character originally intended for Lina Morgana? Was Stefani Germanotta chosen instead because she was willing to join the Illuminati? Did Lina Morgana know something that could jeopardize the career of the new “Lady Gaga”? Did Lady Gaga make her “deal with the devil” for fame? [Ironically, the name of her first album.] Was that deal to completely erase, then replace her partner?

Further proof: Lady Gaga’s alter-ego is named “Morgana Devacelli”, an obvious take-off from her former friend.

2013: Lady Gaga had court papers sealed (concerning her lawsuit with Fusari) saying they could be “damaging”. What was in these papers?

The last song Rob Fusari worked on with Ms. Gaga was “Paparazzi”. This seems to be the bridge between the old Stefani Germanotta and the new Lady Gaga. It’s also the song video laden with clues. The Illuminati likes to hide their clues in plain sight, making them ambiguous.

The final single from “The Fame” was “Paparazzi”. In the video, Lady Gaga is thrown off a high balcony, falling to her death. Just prior, she stands by a statue holding a basket, indicating an offering. A human offering. When Gaga falls, she falls thru a black and white spiral, symbolic of transformation. Indeed, Gaga would change her name and suddenly become a star. A newspaper headline reads “Lady No More Gaga” – notice the similarities to the name “Lina Morgana”. There are allusions to suicide by hanging, strangulation, poisoning, etc.

Following the April 21st discovery of Prince’s dead body in his studio-residence, the MSM have bounced back and forth on various theories. Additionally, the Internet is rife with rumors…

Prince was killed on the Queen’s birthday as part of a blood sacrifice.

2. Prince was sprayed with poison chem-trails.

3. He died from the ZIKA blood virus or AIDS.

4. The Illuminati got him.

The Illuminati (a Luciferian sect of Satanists) exists. There are Satanists in the music industry, but we don’t have to go for all of these exotic reasons. Follow the money. Who controls who?

Prince quote: “If you don’t own your masters, then your masters own you.”

This is more about control than money. His record company already has a lot of money. What they don’t like seeing is loss of control.

Warner Brothers had ownership of his master recordings and were forced to give them back in 2014 if Prince re-signed with them. He did and that was a mistake. Nearly two years to the day of signing, he is dead.

What was Prince planning to do? Prince was recording on his own, releasing music on his own and had plans to redo the originals. His last work was streamed online. (NO hard-copy, NO C.D.) Needless to say, WB wanted no imitators of their artists “doing their own thing.” What if others followed his example?

Prince’s execution is a silent warning to others.

There’s not a snowball’s chance in hell of a real murder investigation or of the MSM reporting on it or of anyone being allowed to seriously discuss the possibility of foul play. On the Dr. Drew show, he asked one of Prince’s co-workers, what he thought. The man answered, “I thought Prince had been killed.” Immediately, one of the hired panel jumped on his answer, saying, “There’s no proof of that!” This was not by accident. The MSM will always try to discredit the truth, if it doesn’t match with their version of what happened. If there was any proof of murder, it was burned to ashes, like the man himself.

Text © 2016 – EricReports. More information comes forward on the untimely death of rock star Prince on 4-21-16. Contrary to the MSM reports, witnesses state that Prince’s health appeared normal just days prior. Also, contradictory reports stating that Prince stayed awake for 154 hours don’t make sense, considering he was alone for at least part of that time.

Prince was being prescribed pain-killers to deal with injures sustained during his vigorous dance moves on stage. This led to an o.d. on Apr. 15…But, what caused his actual death on Apr. 21?

CLUES Final Instagram reads: “JUST WHEN U THOUGHT U WERE SAFE”

Some call this “cryptic”. For me, it seems plain that he thought there was some kind of threat against him. If so, why can’t he come out and say it? Once you become part of a secret society, whether you are willing or not, you can’t reveal what you really know. I’m sure “the others” knew what he meant and didn’t like him writing it.

THE SIMPSON’S PREDICTION (2008)

In this “Simpson’s” episode, record execs ask Homer Simpson to kill recording stars who refuse to do what they want. Homer kills what appears to be Prince. Again, we have the Illuminati doing what they do best: shoving it in our faces and saying what they’re going to do. Simpson’s creator Matt Groening is another man on the make willing to sell his soul to hide those secrets in plain sight.

Will Smith (“The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”) reportedly called Prince the day he died. The man who nicknamed himself after Prince – and has had his career boosted by the Illuminati – speaks to him shortly before his death. Odd coincidence?

THE RECORD INDUSTRY

Prince battled [name redacted] for years for control of his music and rights to his name. Eventually Prince won, but were recording executive willing to let it go at that? At age 57, did [name redacted] feel his best days were behind him and now it was time to reap the harvest?

PREDICTION. The MSM will come down on the side of their controllers. Prince’s death will be attributed to either natural causes or accidental drug overdose. My personal belief is that he was killed for the millions of dollars of revenue received by his music, his movies and his videos. The MSM will not be able to ignore those on the Internet willing to speak the truth. Unfortunately, they will ascribe this to the usual pile of conspiracy theories. I ask: How does it make sense for a rich man in reasonable good health to suddenly die for no reason?

Rock star Prince Rogers Nelson’s sudden death raises questions as to how it happened and why.

4-15-2016, Moline, Ill. A week earlier, Prince was treated for a near fatal drug overdose. Wouldn’t this be ample warning to stop taking whatever nearly killed him? Publicists put out the lame excuse that Prince had the “flu”.

April 21, 2016. 7801 Audubon Road, Paisley Park studio/residence. Prince’s body is found in an elevator. The 9-1-1 call at 9:45 a.m. is from people who barely know where they are and can’t locate the address. When asked how do they know Prince is dead, the answer is: “I don’t know how I know.” Somebody is lying.

TO THE RECORD INDUSTRY, WAS PRINCE MORE VALUABLE DEAD THAN ALIVE? It was discovered in 1977 that when singer Elvis Presley died, sales for his recordings skyrocketed. He became more profitable after his death. Likewise, the same could be said for singer Michael Jackson.

Prince (who now recorded independently) snubbed the system, refused to use his own name, wrote “SLAVE” on his face and fought to get out of his contract.

Perhaps, those who previously “owned him” believed they would make more money off of him AFTER DEATH. True, it’s no great shock when a rock singer dies from drugs, but Prince, as of late, did not fit that profile.

The MSM, labeling him a “musical genius”, after ignoring him for years, begin the overdose rumors.

Q. Was the April 15th near-death experience a first attempt to kill Prince? Did he know it?

On Oct. 30, 1993, actor River Phoenix died from a drug concoction named “Persian brown”. The cut was too pure. To give someone narcotics that aren’t reduced in strength is murder.

If Prince died from drugs, a full investigation should begin on how he received them and from who. Why was he given the fatal dose?

The MSM (in conjunction with the industry that profits from this tragedy) may write it off as another sad end for a superstar. In Prince’s case, this just doesn’t add up.

SOMETHING’S GOT TO GIVE – (1962) Troubled production plagued by the unraveling mental and physical health of its star, Marilyn Monroe. Studio fired MM midway, then tried to replace her with Lee Remick. Costar Dean Martin refused to go on. MM rehired on August 1; died on August 5 from a drug overdose. Directed by George Cukor.

NAPOLEON – (1969-70) Famed director Stanley Kubrick spent a year in pre-production for this epic…until it was cancelled by MGM. The fading studio had decided to cut back on big-budget films and rebuild itself as a Vegas casino-resort.

ARYAN PAPERS – (early 1990’s) Another Kubrick cancellation. Steven Spielberg’s “Schindler’s List” happened to come out during this same time period. It was felt that too many Holocaust films could not succeed financially. Based on the novel “Wartime Lies” by Louis Begley.

ALFRED HITCHCOCK’S KALEIDISCOPE – (1967) Director Alfred Hitchcock, intrigued by the French New Wave and Antionini’s “Blow-Up” (1966), began work on this avant-guarde, cinema-verite movie until Universal replaced it with the cold-war spy drama “Topaz” (1969.)

DARK BLOOD – (1993/2012) Briefly released in an unfinished form in 2012. Production stopped when star River Phoenix died from a drug overdose in 1993. Phoenix plays a desert survivalist.

THE RAVAGERS – (1970) Fifth of the Matt Helm film series was cancelled due to the waning popularity of spy films and the murder of its costar Sharon Tate (who was scheduled to reprise her role as Freya Carlson from “The Wrecking Crew.”)

ROMANCE OF THE PINK PANTHER – (1981) Meant to be the sixth Peter Sellers-Inspector Clouseau comedy. Partially written by Sellers himself. Never filmed; Sellers died on July 24, 1980. The “Pink Panther” film series continued on with different actors including Ted Wass, Roberto Benini and Steve Martin. (Dudley Moore wisely turned it down.)

Television work includes three Emmy awards for “My Sweet Charlie” (1970), “Captains and the Kings” (1976) and a remake of “The Miracle Worker” (1979.) She was also well known for her television comedy show “The Patty Duke Show” (1963-1966.) Former president of the Screen Actors Guild.

For the second year in a row, “African-American” actors were not nominated for an Academy Award. In reaction, Jada Pinkett Smith, upset over her husband Will Smith not being nominated, called for black actors to boycott the show. Also, the Motion Picture Academy has officially decided to let go many lifetime members for being too old and too white. Ironically, it is incorrect that no blacks received an Oscar this year – director Spike Lee received an honorary award. (He refused to attend.) “Straight Outta Compton” was also nominated for “Best Screenplay”.

“Lack of diversity” was the theme of the Feb. 28th program. Host Chris Rock scolded the audience with many satiric jabs.

The worst moment was when Academy President Cheryl Boone Isaacs pontificated on how it wasn’t enough to agree, that “inclusion makes us stronger” and that forced change was inevitable.

British actress Charlotte Rampling received weak applause when her name was read from the list of “Best Actress” nominees. She was one of the few to speak out against the Academy, saying, the reason black actors weren’t nominated was because they didn’t deserve it.

I expect a new quota system to begin next year – meaning blacks will be nominated or chosen to win based on their skin color.

The BET Awards, all blacks, all the time, does not have to abide by such rules of diversity.

Book connections: “All of Them Witches” isn’t a real book, but is used as a device to warn Rosemary. The movie is meant to take place in 1966. Susan Schneider, a.k.a. Mrs. Susan Williams, finally granted an interview on the subject of her late husband Robin Williams. Since his suicide on Aug. 11, 2014, there have been rumors of a bad marriage. How was it possible for Mr. Williams to kill himself in the same house without his wife knowing about it until the next day? Why did they sleep in separate bedrooms? What really happened that last night?

Unfortunately, her ABC News interview (Nov. 3) raises more questions than answers. Previously, I believed he committed suicide. Now, I’m not so sure. Ms. Schneider doesn’t strike me as the soft, grieving widow she’s trying to portray. Her interviews seem staged. Her cruel actions toward his children speak louder than words. (She sued them for control of his estate.) There’s no doubt Williams’ health was in a steady decline. Had he served his purpose to those who were using him? Was there nothing left to harvest?

Death by Illuminati? Suspiciously, several days before Aug. 11, 2014, it was leaked on the Internet that Robin Williams would die soon. In the U.K., on the very night he died, there was a rebroadcast of “Family Guy”, where Robin appears hanging from a door. This is how he was found the next morning. “Family Guy” is well known for its predictive programming. Creator Seth MacFarlane is an Illuminati insider who says he missed flying into the Twin Towers on 9/11 because of confusion about his flight time and a hangover.

“Gaslight” (1944 film) is famous for its plot, wherein, the husband attempts to drive his wife insane.

In her interviews, Susan Schneider insists her husband was going insane because of “Lewy Body Dementia”. “He couldn’t control himself in the last month.” Accordingly, he was set for further neurological tests. She said he killed himself in order to avoid these tests. There is a great deal in these interviews that doesn’t make sense. Ms. Schneider said his assistant couldn’t wake him up. (This is a hanging victim, remember?) Schneider cries loudly for the cameras (without tears), saying “Robin! I forgive you!” Again, I would have to ask how a wife could not know her husband was on the brink of suicide? Why the separate bedrooms? Why the sudden name change from “Schneider” to “Williams”? Obviously, to appear as the dutiful wife. I just don’t see any real sadness here. To me, it appears she knows every question that is about to be asked. Is it all rehearsed? Crying one minute, straight-face the next?

Did Robin Williams join the Illuminati to achieve fame? After 35 years was he becoming unreliable? Was Ms. Schneider his handler? Why did Ms. Schneider originally try to sell their house, saying it “terrified” her to be in it, then says she won’t even move Robin’s slippers? Schneider claims her husband was “clean and sober for eight years.” Why had he gone to a drug rehab the month before? Why was his brain dissected and sent all over the world? To study the disease or is it part of the Illuminati ritual?

The manner of suicide is strange: death by strangulation with his belt. This seems next to impossible to do and a very painful way to die. If it was staged, why leave a pocket-knife nearby stained with blood? If R.W. wanted to avoid pain, hanging yourself isn’t the way to do it.

Ms. Schneider tells “The View,” there were “no issues in the marriage.” (Noticeably absent is Whoopi Goldberg, who I think knows what happened.) She cries (again without tears) when they show their picture together. If the reason to do these interviews was to dispel the rumors, I would have to say this woman failed miserably. There’s no real way to know what really happened on Aug. 11, 2014. There will be those who believe the official MSM version as told by the wife. There are others who know the entertainment industry is run by people you don’t know and wouldn’t want to know.

Paper Heart – Documentary or Mockumentary?

Paper Heart was a film released in 2009, starring Charlyne Yi and Michael Cera. In it, Ms. Yi tries to find out what romantic love is because she has never experienced it. Throughout, she conducts interviews with friends and strangers, most of whom think she’s weird.

Charlyne Yi’s occupation is experimental comedy.

Nick (actor Jake Johnson who represents the director Nick Jasenovec, who was too busy directing to appear on screen) is her sounding board. At a small party in L.A., he introduces her to actor Michael Cera.

At first, she does not like him, but Nick (a friend of Mike’s), arranges for them to meet up at the zoo, where they make a date. Gradually, she warms up to him. They share the same offbeat sense of humor and love for music.

At a restaurant, she orders a BLT, but substitutes bacon for pickles and cheese, calling it a “PCLT”. Michael orders the “Mexican Beach Salad”. While talking, he abruptly walks out and for a few moments, Charlyne is left alone. As a joke, Cera has walked around the restaurant. It’s clear she thought he left her.

Yi’s interviews continue: love stories represented by puppet shows.

She wants to know what love is.

Nick teases Yi (who wants to be one of the “dudes”), saying she has fallen for Mike. Charlyne (sometimes called “Char” or “Chuck”) isn’t comfortable with her femininity, saying she doesn’t want to be “just the girlfriend.” Nevertheless, she writes a song for her new boyfriend, calling it “You Smell like Christmas”.

Nick takes her to a fortune teller who says the relationship won’t last – that it’s good for now – but, they’ll go their separate ways. Yi seems to believe her.

Michael is becoming more uncomfortable with the ever-following camera, asking if they’ll ever be alone.

Yi interviews some inner-city kids about love, one who says, “It’s when you take somebody to Applebee’s and buy them hot wings.” When Nick mentions she has a boyfriend, the kids laugh and she denies she’s in love.

The film concludes with a plan to go to Paris, the city of love. Both Charlyne and Michael seem bewildered by it and ask why. Nick says it’s because Charlyne has found love. She answers, “But, I didn’t.” The next day, Michael Cera quits the film. (He reappears briefly at the end.)

Opinion. Audiences are divided on the authenticity of Paper Heart. Does Charlyne find love? Is it real? To me, it appears there’s a brief week or two of puppy love; however Charlyne is so unnerved at the idea of being vulnerable, of being a girl, that she cannot let her guard down. Most of the time, her body is buried underneath a hoody, her face peeking out like a turtle. What can be more telling?

Michael Cera enters the movie, reportedly to make the documentary more interesting. Whether his feelings are real or not, only he can tell, but he appears hurt when she says she doesn’t love him. I think to “save face”, Ms. Yi said this was all a put-on because in the end (which isn’t filmed), he, in turn, dumps her.

Afterward, in an interview, she was asked about Michael Cera. She answered, “Who’s Michael Cera?”

Scion iQ (2012 – 2015)

Most people aren’t aware that Toyota-Scion had been selling a mini-car since Sept. 2011. How does it differ from the SmartCar? The iQ’s wheelbase is 78.7 inches. The SmartCar is 73.5. iQ’s engine size is 1.3 L, 4 cyl., Smart – 3 cyl. 1.0 L. iQ horsepower – 94, torque 89. Smart hp – 90, 99 torque. (Roughly the same, but the iQ feels like your driving a normal car.)

The iQ is a three door hatchback. Storage space is nearly non-existent, unless you lay the back seats forward and down. There’s no glove compartment.

Why do I recommend it? The iQ excels. The electric-powered steering is as good as any car I’ve driven. The large windows give you amazing viewing space. Transmission is a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission.) It shifts much better than the lurching SmartCar. Also, has a sport mode. There’s very little torque, but that’s not what this car is about.

iQ has a distinctive wedge shape – much better looking than the “Smart”. Interior is functional, similar to the Toyota Yaris. Estimated fuel economy is 36/37 mpg.

Why did it fail? The iQ didn’t have meet its quota and was dissolved from North America in January 2015. Here are some rare 2016 prototypes (Japan only.)

The iQ’s price depends on the upgrades, new $15,995 – $18,605. All in all, this was a missed opportunity by the public who didn’t give the iQ a fair chance. Sorry to see it go.

Brandon Lee, son of martial arts star Bruce Lee, is on the brink of fame. Following the success of “Rapid Fire” (1992),

he is set to star in a series of films based on James O’Barr’s graphic novel, “The Crow”.

Coincidently, Lee’s life is similar to the Eric Draven-crow character. Both are young, rising stars. Draven is a rock singer (album titled: Hangman’s Joke) and he’s engaged to Shelly Webster – played by Sofia Shinas.

Brandon Lee is shot in a scene when Eric Draven is killed bringing home groceries. (Note: This film was destroyed after being examined by the police. It was re-filmed later using a double.)

The most important piece of evidence in the death of Brandon Lee is a .44 slug removed from his spine. The autopsy proves that Lee was, in fact, not killed by a homemade blank cartridge or by a metal bullet tip left behind in the barrel of the gun. The .44 magnum revolver had been loaded with live rounds. This means murder.

Nevertheless, the mainstream media continues with their “official” story on how Lee was accidently killed on the set of “The Crow” with an ad hoc dummy cartridge and part of a bullet left behind from a previous close-up. In other words, the MSM is a participant in the cover-up because the media itself is run by those who had him killed.

Probably the only other movie to have more in-your-face symbolism would be “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus” (2009.)

“Imaginarium” is another Illuminati film, starring the late Heath Ledger, who (Guess What?) died before its completion. Ledger’s girlfriend, Mary-Kate Olsen refused to speak with police unless she was granted immunity. Apparently, Mary-Kate gave Ledger a prescription drug which interacted with another drug causing an accidental drug overdose.

He said the scene was changed at the last minute. He was suddenly handed the gun and told to swing around and fire at Lee when he enters the apartment. Lee enters, holding two bags of groceries, discovering his fiancée being raped by a gang of thugs. Funboy shoots, Lee/Draven is shot. The scene continues with actor David Patrick Kelly as T-Bird.

They argue. Lee tries to signal that he’s actually shot, but no one hears him. When the scene is over and he doesn’t get up, the crew realizes what’s happened. Lee is rushed for emergency surgery, but the damage is done. He is dead some twelve hours later.

“The Crow” is completed using digital effect and body doubles. (Another Illuminati theme – twins.) It’s dedicated to Brandon Lee and Eliza Hutton.

Since then, there have been sequels and a TV-series; however, none has come close to that initial greatness. Greatness lost at the hands of Hollywood’s death cult – a secret society no one in the media wants to admit exists.

Oddly enough, Bruce Lee’s character is shot in a movie scene gone wrong in “Game of Death”.

Singer/UK television entertainer Cilla Black died from a stroke on August 1, 2015. She was best known for her songs hits from the 60’s and 70’s. Most popular were “Alfie” (1966 single version) and “Anyone Who Had a Heart” (1964.)
Most recently, the BBC did a three-part series of her life, titled “Cilla”. (2014)
She also had two TV series in England; “Blind Date” (similar to the “Dating Game”) and “Surprise, Surprise”.
What I remember from first seeing her on an old black and white TV set is how clear her voice was, how strong and full of emotion. Such a big voice from a small girl. The only other comparison would be Petula Clark.
In the link below, Miss Black recalls recording “Alfie” for songwriter Burt Bacharach. The title song with the memorable opening phrase “What’s it all about? Alfie?” was from a British film about a womanizing cad (Oscar-nominated performance by Michael Caine.) Author of “The Exorcist”, William Peter Blatty analogy of a madhouse populated by war veterans. Everything changes when a new head of psychiatry enters: Col. Vincent “Killer” Kane (Stacy Keach.)

Is he who he says he is? Scott Wilson co-stars as Capt. Billy Cutshaw, an astronaut who has a complete nervous breakdown right before a moon launch. Kane must prove to him God exists through a miracle. Costars Ed Flanders (Col. Fell) and Jason Miller (Lt. Reno.) Films highlight: the biker bar confrontation that had audiences screaming with rage. Anti-climatic ending is beautifully rendered. Blatty tried for years to get this made with various stars (Charlton Heston, Kirk Douglas.) Won a Golden Globe for Best Screenplay. Original title was “Twinkle, Twinkle, Killer Kane”.

Spider Baby (1964, American General Pictures)

Weird comedy/horror film concerning the Merrye family; mental regressives who are homicidal.

Stars Jill Banner as Virginia. (Her best role. Died at the age of 35 in a tragic car accident.)

Co-stars Beverly Washburn as Elizabeth, Sid Haig as Ralph and Lon Cheney Jr. as “Bruno” their chauffeur and guardian. Cheney, known for his role in “The Wolfman” (1941), looks dissipated, but manages to bring it all together in a poignant scene that brings Miss Washburn to tears. Dark-humored farce is not for all tastes. “Spider Baby” has gained a cult following throughout the years. A new slightly, longer version is available on a “Special Edition” DVD.

Twilight’s Last Gleaming (1977, Allied Artists)

Domestic terrorists take control of a nuclear launching site, threatening to star WWIII, unless the President admits the Vietnam war was fought for no reason. I don’t agree with the politics of this picture; however, it’s worth seeing for its exciting story, acting, and score by Jerry Goldsmith. Stars Burt Lancaster, Paul Winfield, Burt Young, Charles Durning, Richard Widmark, Joseph Cotton and Melvyn Douglas. Directed with gusto by Robert Aldrich.

Dementia aka Daughter of Horror (1955, HPK Productions)

Gritty little nightmare of a woman (Adrienne Barrett) driven to psychosis and murder. Arty, low-budget, black and white. Unusual (to say the least) for its time. Barely seen – has a small following. Originally titled “Dementia”. Didn’t pass the censors, so four scenes were cut and the title was changed to “Daughter of Horror”. Most famously seen briefly in “The Blob” (the theater scene.) Over the top narration is provided by Ed McMahon.

Twisted Nerve (1968, British Lion Film Corp.)

Banned from network-TV broadcast for its alleged conclusion that Down’s Syndrome may lead to criminal or violent behavior. (Denied by the filmmakers.)

Hywel Bennett stars as a pampered mama’s boy who also happen to be a psychotic killer posing a helpless retard. Trouble follows when he fancies a sexy, young Brit (Hayley Mills.) Costars Billie Whitelaw (known later for her role in “The Omen”) and Barry Foster (“Frenzy”.) Both Bennett and Mills previously starred in “The Family Way” (1966), which bares little resemblance to this intense, psychosexual thriller.

Sweeny Todd – The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007, Warner Bros.)

The bloodiest musical you’ll ever see. Stars an Oscar-nominated Johnny Depp in the title role and Helena Bonham Carter as Mrs. Lovett (robbed of a nomination.) Supposedly based on the true story of a barber and his female accomplice who sell meat-pies with a secret ingredient: people! The real star of the show is songwriter Stephen Sondheim. His music is magnificently orchestrated. Tim Burton’s best film since “Batman” (1989) – stunning visuals.

Part documentary, part recreation of the life of singer-actor Elvis Presley. Excellent overview for Elvis fans or for those interested in the history of rock ‘n roll. Contains clips from the 1950’s (raw Elvis), 1960’s (movie star Elvis) and the 1970’s (Vegas Elvis.)

How much do you know about someone you meet on the Internet? The documentary “Catfish” answers the question. Young man (“Nev” Schulman) exchanges correspondence with a hot, young chick, then slowly discovers she isn’t who she claims to be. Disturbing look at how identities can be manipulated.

Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine (1966, AIP)

I wish I had such a machine. Mad Doctor Goldfoot (Vincent Price) releases beautiful robot women for nefarious reasons. Satire on spy movies with AIP’s bikini starlets thrown in. Susan Hart never looked better.

Frankie Avalon costars. Title song sung by Diana Ross and the Supremes. A sequel followed titled: “Dr. Goldfoot and the Girl Bombs” (1967.)
