Lindsay Clancy – Temporary Insanity or First-Degree Murder?

September 4, 2026.  After a week of deliberation, a mistrial was declared for Lindsay Clancy.  The vote was 11 to 1 in favor of acquittal.  Lindsay was remanded back in custody to a psychiatric hospital.

Backstory

On January 24, 2023, Lindsay Clancy strangled her three children (ages 5, 3 and 8 months) with exercise bands, then attempted suicide by jumping from a second story window.  She survived with spinal cord injuries leaving her paralyzed from the waist down.

Lindsay’s legal defense:  postpartum psychosis combined with a bipolar disorder and side effects from numerous medications.

The prosecution’s case:  Lindsay methodically planned the killings, sending her husband Patrick off on a long errand, while she choked out her victims one-by-one in the basement.  According to Patrick Clancy, his wife appeared normal on the day it happened.  While at CVS, they spoke on their cell phones.  No clue was given that she was in the midst of murdering their children.  At the hospital, she asked if she had a lawyer.

Cause Celebre

As in previous similar cases, feminists have sided with the perpetrator of the crime.  Feminists online have a number of theories, most blaming her husband, who is not accused of any crime.  They claim he drugged his wife, then forced her to do it.  Or that he did it and threw Lindsey out the window.  Or that he is responsible for not getting her help.  (Lindsay did receive psychiatric help, medicine and had a nanny assist her.  Sadly, she was beyond help.)

In more far-fetched theories, feminists have proof (astrologically-speaking) that Lindsay couldn’t have done it “because she’s a Leo.”  Also, the Tarot cards say “Patrick did it.”

It gets worse.  Women are going online, using babies as props by frightening them and saying, “Same, Lindsay.”

One woman said that women should be allowed to kill one man a year “to weed out the bad apples.”

A Dangerous Precedent

If there is a second trial and Lindsay Clancy is found “Not Guilty”, it would mean that all women are blameless for any crime based on their hormonal activity.

I’ve said for many years the feminist movement would lead to this.  If you support killing the unborn up to the ninth month, children would be next.

Conclusion

Trends and fads fade.  Women will find another topic to occupy their minds.  But, there’s no turning back on what’s said online.  Lives and careers will be damaged.  In the final analysis, it is the three children who should be remembered.  They are or were the future.

On Sept. 10, 2025, Charlie Kirk’s chief-of-staff, Mikey McCoy was videoing the fatal UVU event … or was he?

As shown in the posted video, Mikey was watching drone surveillance on his iPhone.  What does this mean?

It means Charlie’s staff, along with his fake security team were not protecting him:  they were setting him up for public execution.

Goodbye Dolly

Eight days before singer Dolly Parton died from cancer, a video was released explaining why she would not be performing.  Her illness was kept secret, but she did mention medical tests, saying her “Immune system was out of whack.”  Did Dolly know that she was going to die?  Her husband’s passing seems to have triggered her fatal disease.

It may have seemed like we’d always have a Dolly Parton.  We do have her many recordings and memories.

Mitsubishi 3000 GT

My personal car favorite is the Jaguar XKE.  The price has become prohibitive.  For the general public I recommend the Mitsubishi 3000GT (1990-2000.)   The YouTube video is self-explanatory.  My only comment is:  Why don’t they make cars like this anymore?  The answer is this.  It is the feminization of society.  Most women don’t want to ride a stick-shift manual transmission.  They are more preoccupied with looking at their cellphones.  To make up for it, everybody is driving a big, clumsy SUV or pickup truck that is always empty of cargo.  The reason?  If there is an accident, the driver of this oversized vehicle won’t be hurt.  What about the other guy?

The Mitsubishi 3000 GT isn’t meant for everybody.  But now it isn’t available to anybody, except as a used car.

People have woken up to the fact that most new cars are expensive crap.  The price and value of old, used cars will rise.  People don’t want a big TV screen in the middle of the dash.  Everything is over-computerized and impossible to fix.  Like Hollywood, the automobile industry have lost touch with what the average person wants.  They want a car that is fun, even exciting.  If you want one, you have to dig through what wasn’t destroyed in the government’s “Cash for Clunkers” moronic scheme to destroy the old and replace it with the inferior new.

Dolly Parton Dead (1946-2026)

Dolly Parton:  singer/actress/songwriter/author/theme park owner/entertainer died August 25, 2026 at the age of 80.  Her husband Carl Dean’s death preceded her by seventeen months.  Dolly kept her cancer diagnosis private, cancelling her proposed Las Vegas shows.  A new song by Dolly will be released posthumously.  It is with her passing that we have to say goodbye to the kind of woman that disappeared with the Satanic feminist agenda.  I am posting three songs in tribute.  The first is from the Bob Hope Christmas Special titled, “Rock Candy Christmas”.

Next is “Two Doors Down” from her short-lived variety show.  ABC did not honor their 2-year contract.  It was cancelled after one season.

Finally is Dolly’s signature song written for her former singing partner Porter Wagoner.  Whitney Houston would use the song to even greater financial (not artistic) success in “The Bodyguard”.  (1992.)

Charlie Kirk’s Suspects

Briefly, I’ll go down the list of those who were or still are suspected of being involved in the Charlie Kirk assassination.

Tyler Robinson

The accused dupe.  Officially charged for killing Charlie Kirk because he was offended by his anti-transgenderism remarks.

Lance Twiggs

Tyler’s furry-trans-gay-boyfriend-roommate.  Granted immunity for testifying against Tyler which means he at least knew or participated.

ERIKA KIRK, The all-smiles wife who gained the most.  Current CEO of Turning Point USA.  Received $30,000,000 from her husband’s life insurance policy.  She was seen at Fort Huachuca a few days before Sept. 10th with Brian Harpole.  Opinion:  I believe Erika Kirk gave the final go-ahead.  Charlie had said, “They’re going to kill me.”  Was divorce imminent?

The team that was supposed to protect Charlie.   From the video aftermath, it appears they were on a clean-up operation.

Special mention must be given to Rick Cutler, seen with a device in his hand that is pointed at Charlie.  Was this a detonator for the clip-on mic that exploded?  Brian Harpole, the man in charge, said he stuffed yards of gauze in the open wound.  (No evidence of this at the murder site.)  What most likely occurred is that he placed a 30.06 in the wound to match the planted rifle.

Israel

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu immediately denied involvement with the murder of Charlie Kirk.  Why say it if you’re not accused?  This was “Bibi’s” way of saying it without saying it.

The “UnFuck America Tour” is a far-left branch of Democratic extremists who were following and harassing Charlie Kirk.   Hunter Kozak infamously asked Charlie the last question about trans-shooters, then claimed it was all a coincidence.  “Destiny” also known as Steven Bonnell II, (seen above top left) has been kicked off of many platforms for saying he “would like to kill all conservatives with his Glock.”  There’s no doubt the “UnFuck America Tour” had foreknowledge on what would transpire.

George Zinn, charged with “Obstruction of Justice”

George Zinn was the first suspect arrested after he pulled his pants down screaming, “I did it!  Shoot me!”  Later, Zinn would confess to having child porn on his cellphone, then said someone paid him to give a false confession.  Incredibly, he had been a witness of the Boston Marathon bombing and 9/11.   What’s more incredible is how fast the mainstream media forgot about him.

ZACHARIAH AHMED QUERISHI

The second man arrested who looks nothing like Tyler Robinson or anyone else accused of shooting Charlie Kirk.  The video of Querishi being arrested also looks nothing like the man in the above photo.  Police stopped and arrested a man in his fifties who had a rifle placed on his dashboard of his vehicle.  The MSM would say this turned out to be a BB gun.  (Was this Israel’s second fall guy if Tyler had chickened-out?)

Turning Point before:  a Christian conservative organization that helped get Donald Trump elected in 2016 and 2024.  Turning Point after:  a pro-Zionist Mossad-run think-tank headed by America’s merriest widow.  Charlie Kirk’s opposition to the Iran War is the most likely reason he was assassinated.

Hunter Kozak’s Role in the Charlie Kirk Assassination

On August 7, 2026, Brandi Siciliani and Now Noticing interviewed Hunter Kozak, the man who asked Charlie Kirk his final question.  An article of mine was mentioned and quoted twice:  “The “UnF*ck America” Tour that Followed Charlie Kirk”.     Click LINK

Quote #1:  “Kozak wasn’t even supposed to be there. Turning Point USA didn’t want the “Unfuck America” tour there and had refunded his ticket. He snuck in later disguised as a Trump supporter.”

Shortly before his death, Charlie Kirk mentioned on YouTube that TPUSA were trying to bar the “UnFuck America Tour” from his “America Comeback” Tour.  That would explain why Kozak kept his affiliations to himself.  Scannable tickets were required, but security was so lax, it became a free-for-all.  At the time, Hunter was still a member of “UAT”.  He tells the podcasters it was not done “officially”.

Some backstory is needed on what was going on with Hunter Kozak at the time.  On Sept. 7th his wife gave birth; a baby left behind at a neonatal intensive care unit while they went to see Charlie Kirk at UVU.  It seems to me they knew they had to be there and that something awfully important was going to happen on Sept. 10th.

Quote #2:  “Further controversy. While “Destiny” was online streaming, Charlie Kirk was killed. Soon after, Zee called him saying, “We’re fucked.” “Destiny” quickly ended the call.”

This is in reference to Steven Bonnell II (aka “Destiny”) and Zee Cohen Sanchez – those on top of the food chain for the “UnFuck America Tour”.  At the time, Zee was in panic mode, calling “Destiny”, not knowing he was online streaming.

Hunter Kozak dismisses this, saying Zee was concerned that Kirk’s assassination “would hurt their brand,” then asks outloud why would she call him right after it happened.   He tries to distance himself from them despite their shared goals.

Overall, Hunter K. tries to “walk through raindrops” avoiding guilt.  He explains everything away as a conspiracy theory.  When cornered with the truth, he goes into philosophical discussions, such as “Ockham’s Razor”.  He talks down to and insults the interviewers, saying “This may be over your head.”

Condescending, glib, snarky and underhanded, Kozak pretends to be the harmless egghead with a bad memory.  He forgets who Brain Harpole is (the head of the Charlie Kirk’s security team).  His hand gestures on Sept. 10th (mock surprise rehearsals and pointing his gun-shaped hand at Charlie while gesturing to the security team) speaks for itself.

YouTuber “Jesse on Fire” offered Hunter $20,000 to take a lie detector test on his channel.  Kozak declined saying there was a “40% probability of a false positive.”  (O.J. Simpson also declined a test.)  This would indicate two things.  1.)  Hunter K. is a liar.  2.)  He doesn’t need the money because he was already paid off.

In conclusion, “Ockham’s Razor” is a method for finding out what is true based on the most simple explanation of whatever facts are presented.  Do not base your findings on assumptions.  My question is:  Would the left accept the insane official story of what happened to Charlie Kirk if it happened to one of their own?   Over sixty years later, conspiracies rage on what happened to President Kennedy on Nov. 22, 1963.   Why are their theories acceptable?

Open Letter to the Former Defendants

To the conspirators who killed my mother Esther Lageson with a DNR/DNI order on Nov. 24, 2021:

Valley Health System

Esther Lageson did not have pneumonia prior to hospital admittance.  As their patient, she had a acute encephalopathy caused by a urinary tract infection.  Cause of death:  DNR/DNI (from the hospital’s death pronouncement.)

My mother was deliberately killed by the former defendant’s Do Not Resuscitate/Do Not Intubate order without our knowledge.   My facts of evidence were presented to the courts.  The defense did not provide any truthful evidence proving my mother requested a DNR/DNI order.   On the contrary, as Power-of-Attorney from the Living Trust, I ordered “Full Code Resuscitation”.   That was proven.  Instead, those listed above ignored it, then began withdrawing treatment, medications and antibiotics, killing Esther Lageson the day before her transfer.

My case was dismissed by Judge Maria Gall who falsely ruled that I had not proven my mother’s incompetence or that the DNR/DNI decision was non-medical.  Over thirty pages of medical records submitted to the court proved incompetence.  (Examples from the medical records:  “Patient is very confused with advanced dementia.”  “Confused, unable to respond to questions, speech incoherent.”)  This incompetence places me as the decision-maker.  Why were these submitted medical records ignored?

As required by law, there was no signed directive or document from the patient or health-care agent requesting a DNR/DNI.  A doctor cannot force through an order on his own prerogative.   It must be understood and approved by the patient and/or her agent.  This makes the former defendants decision to DNR/DNI irrelevant.  It was never their right to do so.

Quoted excerpt from NRS 450B.410:  DNR defined.  “The patient’s attending physician must obtain the written approval of the patient concerning the order.”

Judge Danielle Chio also dismissed my case because it lacked an affidavit of merit.  An affidavit of merit isn’t required in cases involving ordinary negligence or the Common Knowledge Exception.

Justice was not served.  Instead, the courts protected the system.

The former defendants did not appear at any of the pretrial hearings – hiding like cockroaches – while their attorneys appeared on video cameras, phoning it in.

In Conclusion

Since then, Desert Springs Hospital exists only as a rundown, fleabag ER.  I feel sorry for anyone that goes there.

The money-making machine known as “Valley Health System” got their “pound of flesh”.

My case was based on the patient’s medical records:  FACTS.  The courts ignored this evidence, siding with the defense’s “summary judgment”.

What about criminal charges?  The secret DNR/DNI coverup?  If you suddenly deprive an elderly woman patient of her antibiotics, is that murder?  You be the judge.

If all of the participants want to take a lie detector test, I’d be happy to take one with them.

The Fall of Fauci

First, let me remind you of how this demonic dwarf came to prominence.  Back in 2020, the creature Fauci defied Pres. Trump – insisting that all businesses and schools be shut down indefinitely because of the planned Covid pandemic.  [This, along with the George Floyd riots helped lose the election for Trump.]  Pres. Trump wanted to reopen on Easter.  Fauci said no.  The media suddenly loved him.  People magazine nominated as one of the sexiest men alive.  (Sexy to who?  Gnomes?)

The Covid vaccine was introduced shortly after the 2020 election.  The nightmarish Biden era began.  (Staffers admitted without Covid, Biden would never have won.)   Fake President Biden passed new laws forcing people to take the Covid vaccine if they wanted to work.  [Later, this was overturned as being unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, but not until it had done eighteen months worth of damage.]

During 2021-2022, people who refused the vaccine were demonized and ridiculed by the media, so-called academics and left-wing group thinkers.  Evidence proving the vaccine could lead to blood clots, heart attacks, seizures and death were covered up by the mainstream media.  By 2023, the mask-wearing/social-distancing mandates faded away.  For the government, the social experiment was a success.  The vaccine had done its job by thinning the herd.

Fauci remained the highest paid man on the gov’t payroll making almost a half million dollars per year.  (More than the President.)

Fate intervened when Pres. Trump was re-elected in 2024.  Moments before his swearing in, Biden signed a pardon for Dr. Fauci forgiving him of all crimes committed from Jan. 1, 2014 until Jan. 20, 2024.

Aug. 5, 2026.  Dr. Anthony Fauci was found in contempt of Congress by refusing to answer any questions, invoking the 5th Amendment 111 times.  The Dept. of Justice will decide on whether to prosecute.

Fauci, who caused the deaths of millions with his vaccine mandates and gain-of-function Covid “research” has gone from a “media darling” to an ugly reminder of what happens when you give too much power to the wrong people.

What Killed Heather O’Rourke?

At age 12, actress Heather O’Rourke (star of “Poltergeist” and “Happy Days”) died from an obstruction in her intestines.   What led to it and why?

A year earlier, Heather had been misdiagnosed with Crohn’s Disease and had been given cortisone.  (The reason for her bloated appearance in “Poltergeist III”.)   In the last week of her life, Heather’s health had begun to deteriorate.  When asked, her mother said Heather made no complaints; however, classmates noted that she had trouble walking.  They had to carry her in a footrace.  Again, she had been misdiagnosed with the flu.

Feb. 1, 1988.   On her last day, Heather felt ill and threw up.  An ambulance was called.  Heather couldn’t eat, threw up again, apologized to her mother, saying, “I love you”.   After being rushed to the hospital, Heather O’Rourke suffered a heart attack.  Surviving, X-rays revealed a blocked intestine.  Surgery was performed.  Following this, a second heart attack occurred, killing her.

“POLTERGEIST CURSE?”

Tabloids theorized that the “Poltergeist” films were cursed because of four deaths among cast members.  The only one with any credence was her co-star Dominique Dunne who was strangled to death by her boyfriend John Sweeney on Oct. 30, 1982.

Julian Beck had already been diagnosed with terminal cancer while filming.

Will Sampson died from kidney failure following a heart and lung transplant.

Trump/Kirk: Different Outcomes, Same Motives

For anyone paying attention, the attempted assassination of Pres. Donald Trump on July 13, 2024 and the assassination of Charlie Kirk on Sept. 10, 2025 bare striking similarities.   Both men were targeted by two different gunmen, young men considered losers by society:  Thomas Crooks, 20 and Tyler Robinson, then age 22.   Both events demonstrated a larger conspiracy that was dismissed by the press.  In both cases, critical evidence has gone missing or was destroyed by law enforcement.  Trump managed to survive the shooting by turning his head at the right moment.  Charlie Kirk was not so fortunate.

It would also appear that the murder plot of Kirk differs in that all of those who surrounded him were in on it including his duplicitous wife.  It stems from Israeli donors who had lost control of their golden boy.  The shocking truth is that the hostile TPUSA takeover was done by willing accomplices.   The same can be said for the U.S. government who is part of the coverup for the State of Israel.  The USA is at war with Iran at the behest of Israel.  It is a war Charlie tried to prevent.

There are no happy endings here.

Louise Lasser Dead

Louise Lasser, star of the TV soap-opera parody “Mary Hartman, Mary Hartmam” died July 6th at the age of 87.

Ms. Lasser’s career peak was in the 1970’s with her spaced-out deadpan humor used on film and in television.  She co-starred with her husband Woody Allen in “Bananas” (1971) and “Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex” (1972.)   She wrote and starred in “Just Me and You” with Charles Grodin and hosted a controversial episode of “Saturday Night Live”.

Prediction for the Tyler Robinson/Charlie Kirk Murder Trial

There can only be two outcomes for the Tyler Robinson/Charlie Kirk murder case.

One.  Tyler Robinson is found Guilty and is put to death.

Two.  Tyler Robinson dies before the verdict.

The reason is this:  if the accused goes free, the investigation continues.  Based on the evidence, it would lead back to the real suspects:  TPUSA, Integrity Security Solutions (Kirk’s so-called bodyguards) and Erika Kirk.  It would then lead to Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel.  It would also lead to the culpability of the FBI, CIA and many others in our government.  They are not going to let that happen.

The uncurious mainstream media (who is still investigating the JFK assassination) is asleep at the wheel.

While online sleuths may do their best to solve the Charlie Kirk murder case, it will end up in the conspiracy theory files.

As stated before, Erika Kirk is using her new found position to launch her career in politics.  It wasn’t for nothing, that she globbed onto Trump and Vance.  Imagine what goes on when the cameras aren’t there.  Will Charlie’s widow be chosen as Vice-President in 2028?  God, I hope not.  She is everything the Democrats thought Sarah Palin was, but wasn’t.

In watching these videos, you have to take some of it with a grain of salt.  That said, there are some standout features worth noting.

At the 8 minute mark of the “Erika Kirk & JD Vance are Twins?” video, the podcasters discuss Hunter Kozak and Tarryl Farnsworth.  Kozak is known for asking Charlie Kirk his final question. Farnsworth is TPUSA’s audio/video specialist known for climbing on the chair Charlie was sitting on and taking the SD card.

Shortly before Charlie Kirk was shot, Hunter Kozak can be seen signaling one of the TPUSA members.  Hunter points his hand in a gun shape as if to ask if the assassination is on.  Terryl Farnsworth shakes his head in disbelief.  The FBI and the MSM should be all over this.  Instead, they ignore it.

“Lemme React” shows video of Rick Cutler (one of Kirk’s security team) detonating the clip-on microphone that appears to explode.  Simultaneously, a gunshot (as seen by a muzzle flash) appears from UVU’s Sorenson Center.   The man jumping off the roof – (the decoy and patsy) – Is this Tyler Robinson?  As seen, Robinson (with a partially-paralyzed leg) could not have done it.

As reported, sixteen people were killed when “Accurate Energetic Systems” exploded on Oct. 10, 2025.  This is the munitions company where the exploding microphone was created and then sold to the U.S. gov’t.

Erika Kirk 98.99% Fake

“We have a great board and God forbid if something happens, they’ll figure it out.  I appoint my wife to run Turning Point USA.  If something happens to me, Erika would do a great job.”

Supposedly in August 2025, Charlie Kirk spoke these words one month before his assassination.  An audio portion of this was played at this years “AmFest” while loud music was played during Erika Kirk’s entrance.  Podcaster Candace Owens called foul saying the end of the statement sounds tagged on and fake.

‘DefNot” (watch video) ran a voice analysis on her computer which red flagged it.  The chances of it being fake are 98.99%

The people behind this, i.e., the donors who had Charlie Kirk killed, the inner-circle of Turning Point USA and Erika Kirk herself, used an A.I. program to imitate Charlie Kirk’s voice.

Candace Owens asked for video proof of Charlie saying these words.

Blake Neff of TPUSA stated they had the video, but wouldn’t play it because “psychopathic predators” like Owens would still not believe it.  This does not explain why TPUSA played the audio version of it.

Nothing in Erika Kirk’s past life before Charlie Kirk shows any indication that she led a Christian life.  Quite the contrary.  She was living a secular life, said porn was fine when asked and had an active sex life with both men and women.  In 2018, Erika met Charlie Kirk and became Mary Poppins.  She began quoting scripture and played the part of a prudent born-again believer.  Erika studied acting and was playing a part.  Since Sept. 2025, she’s tried to be a “grieving widow” and not very convincingly.

In the above video, “DefNot” goes through Erika’s past to see what Jesus Christ means to her.  Our Lord and Savior isn’t mentioned much.  Shortly after Candace Owens challenged Erika to say the name of Jesus, she did, but her eyes crossed when she said it.  Why is that?  What is so troubling that Erika Kirk is afraid to say the name of Jesus Christ?   I’d say it was subconscious guilt.  When she says “Jesus”, it’s too close to her husband and what happened on Sept. 10, 2025.

Exploding Mic Theory (Update Video)

Iranian hackers have allegedly found evidence from FBI director Kash Patel’s emails on what really killed Charlie Kirk on 9-10-25.  The plot from the State of Israel involves Charlie’s clip-on microphone which was meant to explode inward when the sound of the gunshot was heard.  Instead, it blew apart with a piece of shrapnel going into his neck.  This would account as to why his security team were picking up debris from his body.  It would also explain why Charlie’s t-shirt billowed up.

Originally, I had discounted this theory until it was reported that “Accurate Energetic Systems” exploded exactly one month after the assassination.  This is where the secret device was constructed.

In Charlie Kirk’s final days, he had hired a detective who found out that his wife Erika was cheating on him.  With an impending divorce and his wife being removed from his will, the order went out to “unalive” Charlie.

Erika Kirk’s Friend Shot to Death

In a bit of strange irony, Erika Kirk is connected to another famous shooting; one that occurred in 2012.  The assassin James Holmes opened fire on a theater showing “The Dark Knight Rises” killing 13 people, one of which was Jessica Ghawi, a friend of Erika Kirk.  Even stranger, one month earlier Ghawi had nearly been killed in another public shooting.  “Nihilist with a Twist” theorizes that Ghawi may have known something about Erika then known as Frantze.
