The FBI has ruled that the January 6 “March to Save America” riot was not an insurrection.  The decision was based on the following…

A.  There was no plan for an insurrection.

B.  There was no official act that resembled an insurrection.

C.  Those who entered the Capitol building did little except take selfies.

The big question:  Wasn’t Pres. Trump impeached by the House of Representatives just eight months ago over this phony “insurrection”?  Are they going to reverse it now?  What about the MSM?  How many times did they call the Jan. 6 event an insurrection?  Will they apologize and retract their statements?

Answer:  Not in a million years.

Trump banned from social media

EricReports has twice been suspended by Twitter for tweets not deemed “safe” by the enemies of the First Amendment.  For that and another reason, I will no longer use Twitter.

Both Twitter and Facebook have permanently removed Pres. Donald Trump from their sites.  Both claim that he used “incendiary language:, “coded messages” and “hate speech” which endangers the public.

   CANCEL CULTURE.  This is part of the left’s cancel culture.  If something offends them, they want to get rid of it.  Trump represents a political force they can’t deal with.  They don’t fear the stuffy old GOP…but, the new and more ruthless Trump voters worry them.

On Jan. 6, they took to the streets of Washington, D.C. and following a speech by the President, made a last stand to reverse a stolen election.  Trump had asked VP Mike Pence to turn the electoral college votes back to the states.  Pence refused.  The Supreme Court also refused to hear the case.  What was there left to do?  Republicans rioted and the left saw themselves and said “Hey, that’s what we do!  You cant do that!”

In the melee, only one person was murdered, Ashli Babbitt, 35, shot to death by Capitol Police.  (The five others killed died from natural causes.)

Ashli Babbitt murdered before thousands of witnesses. Case dismissed because of a “lack of evidence”.

Since then, Twitter and Facebook have used this event as proof Trump is “dangerous” and that the attempt to overturn a stolen election was an “insurrection”.

Both Twitter and Facebook know Trump brings millions of followers.  To reestablish him on their platforms would help him voice his opinions.  To prevent this, they’ve shut him down.  Likewise, EricReports was shutdown on Twitter, at first, shadow-banned, then suspended.

I will not go back.  In a free country, the First Amendment means something.  If Trump is silenced by all the leftist-controlled social media sites, it’s time to discontinue their use.  If they pick and choose which members of the public can speak, why would you support it?  Why would you put your private information on those sites – known to be used by the FBI and the CIA.

Enough is enough.  I ask all readers of EricReports.com to stop using Twitter and Facebook.  There are plenty of other sites out there.  (Gab.com, for example.)  Do not feed into their political machine.  The left don’t want political discourse.  They want one-party rule.

Trump wants to run again. Will he?

Six months into the failed Biden Administration (inflation, taxes, Syria bombing, disastrous G7 summit, gun control, immigrants swarming thru the border), former Pres. Trump is already holding rallies and appearing on TV, hinting he may run again.  What does this mean?

Three and a half years from now, will he run against Biden, Kamala Harris, or if rumors persist, Nancy Pelosi?  Yes, if Biden dies or is declared incompetent and Kamala Harris foreign-born parentage invalidates her, Madame Pelosi could step in becoming the 47th President.

With a faux president and another faux vice-president waiting in the wings, there is little to stop them now that Trump is gone.

We have inherited a culture of dim-witted grown-up babies.  It became painfully clear when Donald Trump was elected president.  During those four years, they did everything they could to get rid of him, using fabricated news made up by his enemies – Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi, to name two.  The Dems made sure that if Trump couldn’t be removed, he sure as hell wouldn’t be re-elected.

Biden recently predicted that the Republican Party would no longer exist in three years.  He probably wasn’t supposed to say that.  Dems pride themselves on doing their dirty deeds in secrecy.

Unless those who really care about their country do something (as they tried to do on January 6th), Biden’s forecast may come true.  The U.S. will become a one-party system.  The Supreme Court packed with liberals.  Congress controlled by a Democratic majority.  And the President, whomever he or she may be, controlled by those behind the scenes, who stole the 2020 election, namely Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the DNC.

George Floyd & Ashli Babbitt

On May 25, 2020, George Floyd was killed by Officer Derek Chauvin while being arrested for passing a counterfeit twenty dollar bill.  As seen on video, Chauvin used a nine minute choke hold causing cardiac arrest.

Floyd repeatedly said, “I can’t breathe,” …and the police ignored him.

In response, the black community, BLM and Antifa waged riots all summer long, continuing until the Nov. 3rd election.  Currently, Officer Chauvin is on trial for murder.

In contrast on January 6, 2021, Ashli Babbitt was shot to death on video during the “Save America March” in Washington, D.C.

While it’s in dispute as to whether Officer Chauvin deliberately killed George Floyd, there is no question Ashli Babbitt was gunned down – point blank – and in cold blood.

The reaction to her death from the MSM/left?  Their calling it “justifiable homicide”.

This, despite the fact, Babbitt was unarmed and posed no threat to anyone.

We are continually told blacks don’t get a fair deal here in America and yet it is a thirty-five year old white woman who is murdered – seen on television and the Internet and no one protests.  Tell me the difference.

Going online, people are outraged about George Floyd:  “heartbroken”, “angry,” “disgusted,” “sad”.

What do the same people say about Ashli Babbitt?  “Foolish,” “dumb,” “an idiot who deserved to be killed,” and “a terrorist”.

They’re the same scumbags who talk about “white privilege”.  Where was Ashli’s white privilege when she was shot?  It’s worth mentioning – the man who killed her was black.  That’s why the MSM won’t touch this story.

74 million people voted for Pres. Donald Trump and their votes died right along with her.  They died in a a rigged election when the America I knew was bought off by China, globalism and the NWO.

Accidental President

Our fake President Biden has been in office for less than two months and there’s already talk he won’t last the year.

NO PRESS CONFERENCES.

NO STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESS.

Only scripted speeches and a CNN interview best left forgotten.  Biden often seems confused and befuddled – hardly able to run a country.

Is First Lady Jill Biden acting as President?  Obama’s people?  What about Kamala Harris, another phony who was 1% in the primaries?

There are rumors she will eventually step up and declare Biden incompetent  with the 25th Amendment.  You’ll remember Nancy Pelosi test-ran this on Pres. Trump in January, saying our real president was “dangerous” and was about to launch a nuclear war.

My guess is the powers-that-be planned it this way all along.  Harris was forced on Biden as VP.  (Why would he pick her after she called him a segregationist?)  And, like Obama, Kamala Harris can’t be criticized unless you’re a “racist-sexist-Nazi”.

The Democrats have already seized power by stealing the General Election.  What’s to stop them from getting rid of Biden and putting in who they really wanted all along?

Ashli’s Murder Insurrection Setup

Video evidence on the lead-up to the shooting death of Ashli Babbitt in the Capitol building on January 6…What does this evidence reveal?  The two men who broke the glass leading into the Speakers Lobby were NOT Trump protesters.  If not, who are they?

According to Masako Ganaha, they are Antifa, that is, agitators posing as Trump voters,  leading the crowd to violence.

And what is Antifa?  They are the unmentionables.  Hitler had his brown-shirts and the Gestapo.   The Democratic Party has Antifa for their dirty work…their criminal activity.  (Plus, you have a stolen election,  the cause of all this.)

The “Save America March” was a well-known planned event.   What if Democrats planned to turn this around on itself and use it against Trump?  (That is, turn the protest into a riot.  And then turn the riot into an insurrection.)

Antifa infiltrated Trump’s people, posing as them, in order to cause violence – mass chaos – thereby, creating the scenario of an insurrection.  A way to impeach (or at least try to impeach Pres. Trump) a second time.

Consider the timing of the House Impeachment – one week after Jan. 6.  It’s as if this was planned out in advance.

Aftermath.  It’s imperative for the Dems/MSM to brand Trump voters as white-extremists-nationalists-bigots and racists.  This would help thwart a second Trump run for the presidency.

What does it say for Democrats who would go to such lengths, to win at any cost, to cheat, to steal and to kill, in order to win an election?

Trump Acquitted by Senate

President Donald J. Trump was acquitted on charges of inciting an insurrection,  i.e., for speaking before a crowd in regards to the 2020 stolen election.

The vote:  57 to 43.  A two-thirds majority was needed.  Seven Republicans betrayed Trump including Bill Cassidy,  Susan Collins,  Richard Burr, Mitt Romney,  Ben Sasse, and Lisa Murkowski.

Trump’s lawyers argued that the President was exercising his First Amendment right to free speech and that Democrats have continually incited angry mobs to violence for decades.

The Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has stated it is to make sure Donald Trump never runs for public office again.

Trump is charged with leading an insurrection on January 6 by making a speech.  No evidence was found in that speech about invading the Capitol; however, Dems, have said that it was issued in “code”…and that a Trump voter would know that’s what he really meant.

MSM refers to Ashli Babbitt as “that woman, a Trump fan killed in the riot” … dehumanizing her.

The SAVE AMERICA MARCH, where Ashli Babbitt was ruthlessly gunned down by a “special government agent”.

Who was Ashli Babbitt?  Trump voters think of her as a martyr to the cause of injustice for a fraudulent election.   Democrats call her an “idiot and conspiracy theorist who died for Trump – while Trump stood on the sidelines.”  What’s most disturbing are the “I-don’t-cares” who heard the news of her death and forgot about it by the next day.

Ashli Babbitt is our George Floyd.   Unlike Mr. Floyd, she wasn’t under arrest and she wasn’t on drugs.   Her crime?  The MSM would have you believe insurrection.   What was Ashli trying to do?

President Trump’s plan was to overturn the election – led by Mike Pence…except Pence wasn’t going along with the plan.   Babbitt, et al, wanted to talk with Pence, trying to convince him and Congress that the 2020 election was stolen.

The MSM has provided no proof  – none –  that any violence was planned.  That hasn’t prevented them from calling these patriots “terrorists”.

The MSM, when cornered,  admits that “voter irregularities did occur”.  Just not enough to effect the outcome of the election.

How do they know?  For three and a half years, they falsely accused President Trump of stealing the 2016 election by colluding with Russian President Vladimir Putin.  A lie fabricated by – guess who – the woman he ran against – Hillary Goddamn Clinton.   How’s that for unbiased?

Election 2020.  There are too many instances of cheating to list (as I already have in previous articles), but the stoppage of the vote count and the sudden surge of Biden votes all occurring after the press was sent away in the wee hours of the morning  is enough to hang a dark cloud over Biden as long as he occupies the White House.

In conclusion,  I don’t think Ashli Babbitt died in vain.  We should ask ourselves,  if we defy the system,  if elections are continually stolen from us, will we be the next Ashli Babbitt?

Thomas Baranyi, 28, who stood next to Ashli Babbitt when she was killed in the Capitol on January 6, was arrested for trespassing and interrupting the work of Congress.

Babbitt has become a symbol for Trump supporters who disputed the 2020 General Election.

Baranyi still had Ashli’s blood on his hand during a TV interview about what happened.  “We kind of raced up to try and grab people and pull them back, they shot her in the neck and she fell back on me.”

While the MSM continues to call what happened on January 6 an “insurrection”, proof that it wasn’t’ is in the official charges made against Baranyi.  On the contrary, the occupation of Seattle and renaming of the city to “CHOP” would qualify as an insurrection; however, the MSM has sided with these left-wing thugs.

Police who have not charged the known murderer of Babbitt, are instead persecuting and arresting those exercising their First Amendment right to protest.  (Photo below, Ashli Babbitt was shot for entering the Speaker’s Lobby.)

Up until Babbitt’s murder, Pres. Trump condoned and said nothing to stop citizens from entering the Capitol.

There’s a big difference between a protest and an insurrection – a word Democrats don’t seem to know the meaning of.

Despite a cover-up from the government and the mainstream media, Internet sources have led to who killed Ashli Babbitt during the Capitol riot on January 6.  The suspect is U.S. Capitol Police Special Agent David Bailey.

On the left side of the screen, a hand is seen holding an automatic handgun.  The man is wearing a suit, not a uniform.  He is waiting to shoot whomever passes into the Speakers Lobby.  On the other side, men crash through the glass with a crash helmet.  Ashli Babbitt is the first, attempting to enter when the plainclothes officer comes out from the corner and fires.

Examining the collage of photos above.  What we see on the shooter’s wrist is a beaded wristband.  The colors are white, black and one brown.  In the past, agent Bailey can be seen wearing the exact same wristband.  Also, the hair is short, obviously resembling that of a black man.  His face is largely hidden by a black face mask.  His skin color is debatable – the high-key lighting makes it impossible to tell for sure.  Nevertheless, if only for the wristband itself, this lead us to a logical conclusion.

Additionally, this would account as to why the gov’t and especially the MSM would refuse to report who did it.  A black agent killing an unarmed white woman, a wife, a mother, and a fourteen year veteran for the USAF and the National Guard.

Since then, the media has concentrated on the deaths of two police officers accidentally killed in the riot, but have steered clear from Ashli Babbitt.  Currently, only so-called “alt-right” websites are commenting on who killed her.

Question:  Will David Bailey officially be named as a suspect?

Question:  Will Pres. Trump acknowledge what happened?  So far, I haven’t heard him mention her and he should because she died literally with a Trump flag wrapped around her.  It was Ashli’s death that brought an end to the citizen’s occupation of the Capitol and to the end of Donald Trump’s presidency.

Last Day as President

'America Is Respected Again!' Trump Tweets as Allies ...

Today marks Donald Trump’s last day as President.  What began as a slapdown to Hillary Clinton could’ve been a beautiful thing and it was…until the Democrats pissed and shit all over it.  Three and a half years of a Russian collusion conspiracy theory and then they stole it last November.  Very funny.

2021 is inherited by Joe Biden.  What do I foresee for him?  Not much.  Dems will say he’s doing a terrific job, no matter what.

America is facing its last days as a sovereign nation.  The Democrats have become a Socialist Globalist Party.

Maybe Trump will start a third party.  Maybe, he’ll run again in 2024.  But, none of this had to happen.  2021 could’ve been the end of the mask and the end of gov’t bailouts.

Instead, Biden has stated that he will no longer follow an “America First” policy.  Well, that says it all, doesn’t it?  Business as usual.

Did Pres. Trump ever have a chance at reversing the election?  Only once.  January 6, 2021.  That’s when real Americans took over.

What ended it was violence and it was not from our side.

Fake Protest Setup?

There are scheduled protests on Sunday, January 17 and Wednesday, January 20 – supposedly to protest Biden’s fake election.   They are suspect; possibly Antifa/BLM setups for the MSM.  Provacteurs on the left are attempting to make Trump supporters look like terrorists.   Example:  the truck packed with guns and explosives found near the Capitol on January 6.

The mainstream media is trying to ruin the image of Trump and his followers,  preventing a 2024 run.

Democrats plan on goading protesters into violence.  The MSM, of course, will blame it all on the right.  President Trump himself has asked for no more violence.

The future.   Trump needs to start a third party to combat the ruthless,  down-and-dirty Democrats.   Those Republicans who want to play nice will get beaten every time.  Whatever Trump wants to call it – the Patriots, the MAGA Party – he needs to get started now.

Trump Impeached by House

The devils in the House impeached Pres. Trump for the January 6th protest calling it “an incitement for insurrection.”  Democrats couldn’t quote Trump’s “Save America Speech” because the President said nothing hinting at violence.

What he said:  “We’re going to march to the Capitol, we’re going to cheer them on, we’re taking back our country through strength, not weakness.”

Pres. Trump was referring to the plan for VP Mike Pence to help return electoral college votes to the states, overturning the election.

Instead, a few thousand protesters ransacked the Capitol.  (A few thousand out of three million.)  One protester, Ashli Babbitt was shot to death by a federal agent when she tried to enter the area where Congress was hiding.  A police officer died accidentally when a fire extinguisher was thrown through the air, hitting him in the head.  Three others died from heart attacks and strokes.

What’s next?

Because less than a week remains in Trump’s term, Senate hearings on the impeachment will begin after the President leaves office.  The purpose of this, according to Speaker Nancy Pelosi, is to pass a resolution stating that Donald Trump can never run for office again.

Opinion.  Dems are digging their own graves with this insane attempt at destroying Trump.  Not content with stealing the election, they must destroy the man.  It’s having a reverse effect.  The unbridled lunacy on which they hate the President extends to after he’s gone.  They fear him so much, they have to punish him for even being President.

This over-reaction is coalescing Trump voters.  MAGA will not die.  75 million disfranchised voters will make sure of that.

JANUARY 6, 2021.  Will Pres.-elect Joe Biden be certified as POTUS today or will Pres. Trump somehow manage to overturn the election?

Trump’s tweet:  “States want to correct their votes, which they now know were based on irregularities and fraud, plus corrupt process, never received legislative approval.   All Mike Pence has to do is send them back to the states and we win.  Do it Mike, this is a time for extreme courage!”

Additionally,  there will be a MAGA March on Washington, D.C., filled with hundreds of thousands of angry Trump voters.  While the leftist MSM disputes voter fraud, evidence exists in all of the swing states of a stolen election thru fake mail-in ballots.

The USA and President Trump have a choice.  In the near future,  it will be decided as to whether Americans will be forced to accept a stolen election… OR will the President turn it over to the military?   THE INSURRECTION ACT.  MARTIAL LAW.

I can tell you this.  The Supreme Court (based on their previous refusal to hear the Texas case) will do the same for the latest Pennsylvania lawsuit.   They don’t want to be accused of giving Trump the presidency.   If so, what is SCOTUS purpose?  If a case deciding who runs our country isn’t important enough,  what is?

Assuming all else fails,  will the President declare Martial Law and then accuse the Democrats of insurrection?  If that happens,  expect all hell to break loose.

We know now that Antifa and the BLM are the Democrats “brown shirts”.  We were shown what they can do from the end of May to the beginning of November.

They promised to go after the suburbs.  And I’m sure they’ll go after the White House.

Trump knows this.

On the other hand,  if President Trump accepts the results of the election and Biden becomes president,  there will never be another free election again.  What do you think Kamala Harris will do once she replaces Biden?  (The plan all along. )

The GOP will become powerless.  Whatever election happens in the future will be rigged.   The 2020 General Election was stolen in an obscene,  in-your-face display of arrogance.   They didn’t care who saw it or what the eyewittnesses said.  Because they knew the MSM would cover for them.  They already had a word for it:  “baseless”.

Americans, it must be made known to the President that regardless of the cost (including blood), we cannot lose our country.   And we are rapidly losing it.

Those saying there’ll be a “2024 comeback” don’t know what they’re talking about.   In four years, we’ll be flooded with so many immigrants,  the Republican Party will be overrun.

A 1-Party system.   A Socialist state.  And your vote counts for nothing.   Only President Trump can save us from this disastrous outcome.

Invisible First Lady

Since President Trump took office,  the mainstream media has done their worst in outright ignoring our First Lady,  Melania Trump.

If, during the last four years you’ve looked at the newsstands,  you’ll notice her absence.   For whatever insane reasons, they’re still running old covers of the Obamas.

Likewise,  television has stayed far away from her unless it’s to say something nasty (e.g., making fun of her accent, implying their marriage is on the rocks, etc.)

This is the polar opposite of Michelle Obama,  who they tried to shape into a glamour queen.  (Ha-ha.)  The big M.O. would have none of it,  preferring to remain the angry black woman who wasn’t proud of her country until they nominated her husband as president.

Since the 2020 election,  the MSM has already christened the supposed new First Lady-elect as DOCTOR Jill Biden.   As it turns out, they should’ve looked before they leaped.  Her “doctor” status was obtained through college and would be given to anyone who could pay the tuition.  DOCTOR Jill Biden is turning out to be more of Creepy Joe’s keeper, answering hard questions for him.

Assuming the Biden’s take (steal) the White House,  she will be built up as “brilliant” and as a “return to the normal”.

Back in 2016, many of us thought Melania Trump would become a star.  But, like her husband,  she was diminished, ridiculed and insulted.   Finally, they pretended she wasn’t there.

Sad.

Despite conclusive evidence of voter fraud in the six swing states where Biden “won”, President Trump’s efforts to overturn the election have failed so far.  Call it the SWAMP or the deep-state establishment.  The Democrats simply decided they weren’t going to have another 2016 loss and they have stolen the election.  The MSM knows it and they’re covering up for them.

What’s next if Trump loses?

Republicans must retain control of the Senate.  Without this, we’ll be living in an a Democrat-run Socialist nightmare.

Not to be a wet blanket, but let’s face reality.  Trump, if he runs again in 2024, won’t be allowed to win.  More than likely, it would be a Ted Cruz-Marco Rubio ticket.  The new Pres. Kamala Harris will cry “sexist-racist” every five seconds.  You know how this turns out.

Sorry America.  GAME OVER.

USA 1776-2020?

Trump’s last chance will be the Supreme Court.  Will the President be successful in overturning an election?

Stepping back, now that a month has passed since Nov. 3rd, what do we have?  The Democratic Party has made a fateful decision – to steal the White House.  We can see that now.  The evidence has been made clear.  They are also trying to steal Senate control.  And if Biden is inaugurated – pack the Supreme Court.  If this isn’t a coup d’etat, what is it?

The MSM is faking it, pretending nothing is wrong, calling Trump’s charges “baseless” over and over again.

This week Biden (with Kamala Harris at his side) said that if there was a moral disagreement between them, he would fake an illness and step down. Quote:  “If I reach something where there’s a fundamental disagreement we have based on a moral principle, I’ll develop some disease and say I have to resign.”  There you have it.  He’s admitting he’s nothing more than a frontman.

I realize there are folks out there who don’t have time to see what the news is really about, beyond what they see on TV.

Let me say one thing and remember it:  if Biden-Harris become President, we’ve lost America.  Nothing will be the same again.  Once they take power, (and they will eventually admit to the steal and say “What are you going to do about it?”), there’s no turning back.  Outside a civil war, (which won’t be allowed to happen), the U.S. will become a forgotten dream.

Blind Democrats think this is about politics.  It’s about much more.  It’s about destroying democracy – and those who think they advocate it – have obliterated it.

If you think Joe Biden is more popular than Barack Obama, by receiving more votes than any other presidential candidate in U.S. history, then, my friend, you are living in another universe.  Biden is pure Styrofoam, blank and empty as his unfocused gaze.

Voter I.D. Card 2022

If the GOP ever wants to win another election,  they must demand a mandatory voter i.d. card.  The rampant cheating in 2020 far exceeds any other election in U.S. history.

This card must be…

1.  Free. (Like our mediocre public schools.)

2.  Available upon proof of residency.

3.  For U.S. citizens only.

4.  Easily obtainable.

5.  Voting itself can never be used for law enforcement.   (i.e., no one can be arrested or identified with this card information. )

THERE IS NO REASON NOT TO HAVE A VOTER I.D. CARD.  Simply insert card into the voting machine slot, the card chip identifies it is you and that you may only vote once.

Democrats shriek in protest at such a card, yet are all for a social security card.  Why is that?  Because they know without voter i.d., they will continue to steal elections.

If we continue to do nothing,  we will lose our nation to bureaucratic thugs intent on pushing us into a soft government dictatorship.
