How Obama Could Inherit a 3rd Term Presidency

President Barack Obama.jpg  The 22nd Amendment states that a President cannot be elected for more than two terms. It does not state who would be president if the new President-elect is unable to fulfill his or hers duties.
Let’s assume Hillary Clinton is elected. Everyone out there knows of her email scandal, of erasures, of placing top secret gov’t documents on her private server, of withholding evidence, of obstruction of justice. Most assume this will all go away, because those in charge of the investigation (Att. Gen. Loretta Lynch and Obama) would rather see Hillary elected than Trump.
Let’s also assume “new information” comes forth between Nov. 2016 – Jan. 2017. If this information proves Hillary’s malicious intent then she would be indicted, stand trial and possibly go to prison. If that did occur, who would be president? If HRC is never sworn in, her candidacy is made invalid; therefore, Barack Obama would remain President.

22nd Amendment.  No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.

Under Martial Law, the Constitution is suspended.

This is not a prediction.  It is purely hypothetical, but it could happen.

Year 2016.  ISIS simultaneously attacks malls across the U.S.  Hundreds, if not thousands are killed.   Wall Street panics.  The economy crashes.  Our towering deficit defaults.  Iran, nuclear capable, launches a missile strike on Israel and the USA.  Pres. Obama suspends the General Election for public safety reasons.

Impossible?  Or is this what Obama wanted – planned for – all along?

Many feel there will be riots in the streets if Obama refuses to leave office.  Maybe, but with the coming police state, would you protest knowing that it could mean certain death?

Also, the MSM will be for Obama’s continuing presidency.  And what if Obama challenges the validity of the 22nd Amendment – – outlawing it with the Supreme Court?

Obama’s only real contender would be Hillary Clinton, who is already mired in scandals that could ruin her campaign.

Of these hypothetical events, name one that couldn’t happen.

Iran?  Despite what Obama says, I believe he is helping them to become a nuclear power.  If he’s willing to kick Israel to the curb and top advisor Valerie Jarrett is meeting with the Ayatollah, what do you think that means?  The plan is to have Iran head the new caliphate.

The economy.  If America’s malls are no longer safe, if people stop buying, what do you think that will do to our economy?

ISIS.  The FBI has declared them to be living in all fifty states.  What are they doing here?  How did they get here?  Is this why Obama opened our borders?  Is this part of his amnesty plan thru executive order?  Is this why millions of Arab-Muslims have immigrated here thru “refugee status”?

Most Americans still don’t seem to understand what Obama is all about.  Even given the extraordinary circumstances listed above, most won’t admit they were duped into voting for a complete fraud.
