Save-a-Fox Rescue founder Mikayla Raines committed suicide on June 20, 2025, due to cyber-bullying.  According to her husband Ethan Frankamp, Mikayla had known of these online attacks for the last few years, but due to her mental problems, could not handle what was being said about her.  The webpage in question is:  “SAVEAFOX snark sub reddit” has since been banned for being “unmoderated”.   https://www.saveafox.org/ will continue on with its animal rescue services.
