Eight days before singer Dolly Parton died from cancer, a video was released explaining why she would not be performing.  Her illness was kept secret, but she did mention medical tests and that her “immune system was out of whack.”  Did Dolly know that she was going to die?  Her husband’s passing seems to have triggered her fatal disease.

It may have seemed like we’d always have a Dolly Parton.  We do have her many recordings and memories.
